What will you be doing in this role?

- Manage and deliver complex IT projects, ensuring objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Define and control project scope, schedule, budget, and resources throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain communication plans; provide clear updates to PM Staff Manager, Portfolio Management team, executives, and stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
- Ensure PMO processes and governance are consistently applied; coach and support project teams to drive best practices.
- Act as fund manager for allocated budgets; provide inputs for yearly financial planning and manage O&M and capital expenditures.
- Supervise multi-disciplinary teams, including technical maintenance, cleaning, and catering staff.
- Manage infrastructure adaptive maintenance projects, such as hardware refresh, upgrades, and capacity extensions of compute, SAN, and network systems.
- Coordinate with infrastructure engineers and contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of maintenance tasks.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, reviewing performance, defining service objectives, and ensuring service delivery aligns with project requirements.
